Otis Pye, Sr., 89, of Tallahassee passed at home, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, August 5, 2023. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at St. John M.B. Church, Keith Street, with burial in Tallahassee Memory Gardens. Viewing-visitation is 3-5 p.m. at the Church. TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950) is serving the Pye family. A native of Norman Park, GA, Mr. Pye grew up in Tallahassee. He was an avid golfer and a retired builder. He was a longtime member of St. John. Cherishing loving memories are his wife of 73 years, Dorothy Paramore Pye; daughters: Deloris Pye Isaac, Irene, Carolyn, Jeanette and Gail Pye and Sherlyn Pye (Craig) Murray; sons: John (Omaira), Otis Jr. (Bernado) and Wilmer Pye; 22 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
