Patricia Ann Gibson Weatherspoon, 69, of Tallahassee passed on Thursday, August 22, 2024. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 6, at New Zion AME Church, with burial in the Tallahassee National Cemetery. Viewing is Thursday, 5-6 p.m. at Mt. Sinai AME Church. A Tampa native, Patricia was a graduate of Tampa's Middleton Senior High School. She had worked for years as a leather repair technician and at Target, before retiring. Most recently, she owned an In-home Day Care Center. She was a devoted Choir member at Mt. Sinai. She is survived by her loving husband, Andrew Weatherspoon; sons: Anthony (Yolanda) and Alvin Hayes; stepdaughter, Andrea Weatherspoon; brother, David (Annette) Gibson, Jr.; sister, Erma Williams; stepsister, Sherrie Marks; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
