Patricia Faye Peterson, 64, of Tallahassee passed in Birmingham, AL on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 20, at Flipper Chapel AME Church, Tallahassee, with burial at 11:00 a.m. CST Sunday, April 21, in St. Luke AME Church Cemetery, Vernon, FL. A native of Vernon, Patricia was a graduate of Vernon High School (1977), Washington-Holmes Area Vocational-Technical Center, Flagler College (Bachelor's) and FAMU (Master's Public Health). She was employed in several responsible positions for over 35 years with the Florida School Boards Association. She was a lifelong member of St. Luke and an affiliate member of Flipper Chapel AME Church. Patricia leaves her legacy of love to her devoted daughter, Kellee Alona Bennett; granddaughter, Khloe Grace Bennett; parents, Samuel C. and Emma L. Peterson; siblings: Edith (Leon) Campbell, Priscilla (Wade) Brown, Samuel (Angela) Peterson and Tonya (Houston) Anderson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
