Phillip Sion Harvey, 20, of Tallahassee unexpectedly passed in Panama City, FL on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Bethel M.B. Church, with burial in Southside Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Phillip was a Tallahassee native and a 2021 Rickards High School (I B Program) graduate. He was currently enrolled at Florida State University and planned to transfer to FAMU's Occupational Therapy Program. Survivors include his father, Phillip Chester Harvey; grandparents: Nina Singleton (Kevin) Self and Leeanders (Brenda) Harvey; and several other loving relatives and friends.
