Phyllis Denise Waters Walker, 66, of Tallahassee passed on Thursday, September 7, 2023. Funeral services are 1:00 p.m. Saturday at her church, Faith Family Christian Center, with burial in St. Peter Community Cemetery, Woodville. Viewing is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A TCC graduate, Mrs. Walker was an ordained Elder and a retired Substance Abuse Counselor at Children and Families. Survivors include her husband, Evangelist Walker; children: Masheena Perkins, Gemeyel & Quinton Bellamy; mother, Mrs. Ollie Balcom; sister, Kalthy (Robert) Thomas; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
