Qulera Shakell Allen, 29, of Tallahassee passed unexpectedly on Sunday, July 23, 2023. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at her church, the 1200 Church, 1200 West Tharpe St., Tallahassee, with burial in Mt. Zion (Glades) Cemetery, Havana. Viewing-visitation is 4-7 p.m. Friday at the 1200 Church for 'Lera and her sister, Krenishion "KeKe" Charleston. 'Lera was an East Gadsden High School graduate. She had worked in Healthcare before beginning a new career with the Florida Department of Revenue. She is survived by her two daughters: Ivanna and Ne'Asia Wyche and son, Aidyn Brown; parents: Gayle V. Thomas and Earnest Allen; brothers: Talferrius Chambers, DeCorkus, Earnest Jr., Josiah Allen and Joshua McCray; sisters: Amiya and Saniya Allen; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
