Rebecca Rush Lofton, 88, of Tallahassee, FL passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Olive M.B. Church, Miccosukee Road, with burial in Clifford Hill Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Mrs. Lofton was a Tallahassee native and a graduate of the original Lincoln High School. She was a retired Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA), having worked at Sunland and Sunrise. She was a member of Mt. Olive. Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie Lofton (Ernest) Certain; sons: Elder James (Lisa) Lofton and Roddrick Lofton; several grandchildren; siblings: Tommy, Carrie and Eugene (Claudia) Rush, Maxine Jenkins, Blanche (Charles) Lauria and Beatrice Perry; and a host of other relatives and friends.
