RICHARD PERKINS was born on September 13, 1965, and went Home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 30, 1965. RICHARD was the son of David Perkins and Easter Elliotte, both who have now gone to be with the Lord.

RICHARD grew up in Tallahassee where he attended the public schools of Leon County. He last attended Lincoln High School. He entered the workforce early in life and over the years, he worked an array of jobs, including the now-defunct Jerry's Restaurant (on Tennessee Street); and Heritage Healthcare, where he was in maintenance, waxing and buffing floors. He also later worked landscaping. He was a jolly person who enjoyed being with and entertaining his friends.

RICHARD'S love and memory will be cherished forever by his brother: Gregory Green of Tallahassee, FL; aunt: Mae Eva Johnson of Monticello, FL: niece: Anita Michelle Green of Tallahassee, FL; great-nieces: Viktaria D. Brooks and Shanica D. Cromartle, both of Tallahassee, FL. RICHARD is survived also by his cousins, the Lewis family, who were his loving caregivers.
