Roderick Devon Gardner, 52, of Tallahassee passed unexpectedly on Monday, August 28, 2023. Funeral services are 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Old West Enrichment Center. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A lifelong Tallahassee resident, Rod was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys and FSU Seminoles fan. He was a member of Jacob Chapel Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Stephens Gardner; sons: Jeffery Williams & Treszio Washington; daughters: Adrianna & Rochelle Gardner, Irashia Johnson & Rayven Flowers; goddaughter, Katricia Harris; father, Reverend Cecil (Daisy) Gardner; 3 grandchildren; brothers: Cecil Gardner and Byron (Merilee) Price; sisters: Cassandra Wilkerson, Glenette Brown, Melisa Campbell & Stacy Robinson; and countless other relatives and friends.
