Ruby Dell Howard Jackson, 69, of Lamont, FL, passed unexpectedly on Saturday, February 8, 2025. Homecoming services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 15, at Mt. Morilla M.B. Church, with Interment in the Church Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at Mt. Morilla. TILLMAN OF MONTICELLO (850-997-5553) is honored to serve the Howard-Jackson family. Mrs. Jackson was retired from the Jefferson County School District. She was a devoted member and former Choir member at Mt. Morilla. Ruby Dell was a prolific writer who maintained detailed records of her daily life activities. Survivors include her daughter, Rose Howard; sons: Timothy, Rickey and Henry Howard; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters: Lillie (Albert) Simmons, Charlene Mathis, Patricia and Linda Howard; brothers: Isaac Jr. and James Howard; and several other relatives and friends. Preceding Ruby in death were her parents: Isaac Sr. and Ellen Frazier Howard; siblings: Sammie Lee and Donald Ray Howard.
