Shelia Marie Julian McCaskill, 72, of Tallahassee passed unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 in Beaumont, TX. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Old West Enrichment Center. Viewing is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). A native of Jennings, LA, Shelia was a retired Gadsden County educator. Her husband, King David McCaskill, preceded her in death on July 29, 2020. Survivors include her children: Marion Julian, Shakirra H. Williams and Lydia Hall; grandchildren: Jadynn Batey, Delonte` Madden, Jahna, Johnny, Jonah and Joseph Williams; great-grandchildren: Delonte` Jr. and Dryden Madden; mother, Viney Mae Julian; siblings: Glenda (John) Charles, Dr. Paula Saine, Tracy, Lisa, George and Leroy Batiste, Jr.; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
