SPC Brittney R. Delva , 29, an Active US Army Specialist passed June 1, 2025 in El Paso, TX leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering strength. Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00pm on  Friday, June 20, 2025 at the Old West Florida Enrichment Center in Tallahassee, FL, with burial to follow at the Tallahassee National Cemetery with full honors.

Brittney leaves to cherish her memory her devoted parents, Shirissa Barton of Tallahassee, FL, and Lelio Delva of Haiti; her beloved siblings, Cosby Delva of Tampa, FL, and Dion Barton of Tallahassee, FL; and her loving nephew, Xai'lyon Delva.

She was nurtured by the love and wisdom of her grandparents, Jeanette Pate of West Palm Beach, FL, and Frank Hicks (Shirley) of Tallahassee, FL. A host of aunts and uncles: Felicia Barton Boynton Beach, FL, Feliona Barton Riviera Beach, FL, Spicy Hicks Tallahassee, FL, Linda Barkley Quincy, FL, Vincent Hicks (Jackie) of Ocoee, FL, and Dorothea Williams West Palm Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her dear aunt, Fredrica Barton.

Brittney's memory will be forever cherished by her extended family, friends, teammates, and community—all of whom were touched by her grace, determination, and love.
