Thelma Juanita Barrington Glenn, 92, of Monticello passed Thursday, October 5, 2023. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at St. Phillip AME Church, Monticello, with burial in the Church Cemetery. Viewing is 4-6 p.m. Friday at St. Phillip. Mrs. Glenn was a faithful member of St. Phillip where she was involved in numerous auxiliaries, including the Choir. Cherishing precious memories are her children: Sylvia (Maxwell) Smith, Marcia Gail Glenn, Lori Glenn-Wyche, Bonita Wynn, Valeria Watkins, Nancy Gaffney, Stacey (Morris) Penny, Reverend Freddie (Maxine), Boniface, Morris, Cecil and Todd Glenn; granddaughter raised as a daughter, Kisten (Frederick) Frazier; acquired daughter, Betty Bryant; 20 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; brothers: Dennard (Mina) Bassa and Tyler Jackson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
