Theodore Williams, 82, of Tallahassee passed on Monday, July 17, 2023. Graveside Memorial Services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday in DeSoto Field Cemetery. A Tallahassee native and a member of a large family, Theodore was a retired carpenter. He is survived by his children: Theba Huggins, Cedric (Kendra) Mitchell, Adrienne Hills and Jermaine Caswell; grandchildren: Morgan Everhart, Alexis Hills, Jermaine Jr., Jeremiah and Jy'Nieh Caswell, Alana Campbell, Ivan Mitchell and Darryl Baldwin; sister, Arleatha Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
