Wanda Frances Johnson Jackson, 65, of Tallahassee passed on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Philadelphia P.B. Church. A Tallahassee native and a FAMU (Bachelor's) and FSU (MSW) graduate, Wanda had been an Associate Professor of Social Work at Florida A&M. She was a longtime member of Philadelphia. Survivors include her husband, Harold Jackson; stepsons: Delwyn and Chetwin Jackson; god-daughter, LaShaun Colston; mother, Mrs. Mary Ford Johnson; brother, Edward (Jessierene) Johnson, Jr.; sisters: Jannie (Ralph Sr.) Williams and Gina Johnson-Bradley and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
