Willie Mae Ash Trumpet, 75, of Tallahassee passed at home on Sunday, April 21, 2024. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at St, John M.B. Church, Capitola, with burial in Mt. Sinai Cemetery. Viewing-visitation is 4-6 p.m. Friday at TILLMAN OF TALLAHASSEE (850-942-1950). Mrs. Trumpet was a Tallahassee native and had worked at Sunrise Cluster Homes. She was a member of St. John M.B. Church. Survivors include her husband, Nathaniel Trumpet, Sr.; son, Jeffery Smith; stepchildren: Reverend Nathaniel Jr. (Loria), Mary, John (Danielle), Shirley, George and Lorene Trumpet and Martha (Tim) Jones; sisters: Ora D. Bush and Cynthia Haynes; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and loving friends.
